Learn how to process and manage orders in your Eekaam dashboard.

Order Statuses - Pending: Order received, awaiting payment confirmation - Confirmed: Payment confirmed, ready to process - Processing: Order is being prepared/packed - Shipped: Order dispatched with tracking info - Delivered: Order delivered to customer - Cancelled: Order cancelled (with reason)

Processing an Order 1. Click on the order to view details 2. Verify payment status 3. Update status to "Processing" 4. Print packing slip / invoice 5. Ship the order and add tracking number 6. Update status to "Shipped"

Refunds Issue full or partial refunds directly from the order page. The customer is notified automatically.

View and manage your customer database from the Customers section.

Customer Profiles Each customer has a profile showing their order history, contact details, and total spend.

Customer Groups Segment customers into groups for targeted marketing: VIP, wholesale, first-time buyers, etc.

Export Customers Export your customer list as CSV for email marketing or analysis.
