Where they differ
A website with a shop, or a shop with a website?
Both make it easy to get online. They're built for different jobs.
Built for websites first
Wix shines at portfolios, restaurants and brand sites. Its store features are there, but they aren't the centre of the product.
USD plans
Wix plans that include ecommerce are paid in USD, which means an international card and exchange-rate swings.
Local payments
Check which payment providers Wix supports for Pakistani merchants before you build. COD alone leaves prepaying shoppers out.
COD workflows
Taking COD is one thing. Confirming orders before dispatch is what keeps refused parcels and courier losses down.

Honest answers
When Wix is the better fit.
Your site is mostly content
If you're a studio, restaurant or service business with a few products on the side, Wix's free-form editor may suit you better.
You want pixel-level layout freedom
Wix lets you drag anything anywhere. Eekaam uses theme sections, which keeps stores fast and consistent on phones.
