About Eekaam
What is Eekaam?
Eekaam is an ecommerce platform for Pakistani businesses. You launch an online store on your own domain, sell with cash on delivery and local payments, and run products, orders, customers and marketing from one dashboard, priced in rupees.
Who is Eekaam for?
Pakistani brands and shops of any size, from Instagram sellers opening their first store to established businesses with large catalogues, and agencies building stores for clients.
Do I need a developer?
No. Pick a theme, add products and connect your domain yourself. Developers can still edit theme code in Liquid and build apps.
Pricing
How much does Eekaam cost?
Basic is Rs 1,960/month, Starter Rs 2,800, Professional Rs 3,900 and Enterprise (five stores) Rs 14,900, with lower monthly prices when billed yearly. All prices are in PKR.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New stores get a 14-day free trial with no card needed.
Does Eekaam take a cut of my sales?
No. Eekaam's transaction fee is 0% on every plan. Payment gateways charge their own fees under your agreement with them.
How many products can I add?
250 on Basic, 500 on Starter, and unlimited on Professional and Enterprise.
Payments and cash on delivery
Which payment methods can I offer?
Cash on delivery and bank transfer, plus JazzCash, Easypaisa, AssanPay, GoPayFast and Stripe through your own merchant accounts.
How do I reduce fake COD orders?
Turn on WhatsApp order confirmation: every COD order gets a WhatsApp message with Confirm and Cancel buttons before you ship it.
Can I book couriers from Eekaam?
Courier booking and tracking work with BlueEx today. You can still ship with any courier and update orders yourself.
Your store
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every paid plan. Connect a domain you own, including .pk, and SSL is set up automatically. Every store also gets a free myeekaam.com address.
Can my store be in Urdu?
Storefront text can be shown in Urdu, and the COD order form, offers and WhatsApp confirmations have Urdu labels and messages.
Can I move my store from Shopify?
Yes. Eekaam imports Shopify's product, customer and order CSV files, and product and collection URLs keep the same addresses.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Export products, customers and orders as CSV at any time.
