SECTION 01
What you need before you start
Eekaam connects to a BlueEx account you already have. It doesn't open a courier account for you or set your rates: your delivery charges, COD collection fee, return charges and settlement cycle come from your agreement with BlueEx. Ask BlueEx for the username and password used for booking, and confirm your pickup city and address with them.
This walkthrough was checked against Eekaam's courier integration documentation on 7 November 2026. Booking and tracking are live for BlueEx. PostEx, Leopards, TCS, Trax and M&P accounts can be saved but can't book from Eekaam yet.
An active merchant account, its username and password, agreed rates and a COD settlement schedule.
Permission to install apps, and your pickup person, phone, email, city and address.

SECTION 02
Connect your BlueEx account
Open Apps, install Courier integration, then open Apps → Courier integration. It has three tabs: Shipments, Courier accounts and Routing rules. Under Courier accounts, add BlueEx with your username and password, then fill in the pickup details that are sent with every booking: business name, pickup person, phone, email, city and address.
Mark the BlueEx account as the Default courier. It's used for every order no routing rule matches. Credentials are stored encrypted.
SECTION 03
Add routing rules only if you need them
With one courier you don't need rules. Once you add a second courier, rules choose one per order by city, payment type (any, COD or prepaid), minimum and maximum weight in kg, and minimum order value. Every condition you fill in must match, rules run top to bottom, and the first match wins.
SECTION 04
Book a parcel from the order
New orders appear under Shipments as Awaiting booking. Nothing is booked automatically: press Book, leave the courier on Use routing rules / default or pick one, check the weight, pieces and cash to collect, and create the consignment note.
When BlueEx accepts the parcel, the consignment number and a printable label appear on the shipment, and the order becomes Fulfilled with the courier and tracking number recorded. If WhatsApp order confirmation is sending shipping updates, the customer gets the courier, tracking number and amount to keep ready. If BlueEx refuses the booking, the shipment shows as failed with BlueEx's reason; fix it and book again.
Confirm COD orders first, for example on WhatsApp, so you don't book parcels that will be refused.
It should match what the customer owes, including the delivery charge.
Use the label from the shipment so the CN on the parcel matches the order.
SECTION 05
Track deliveries and handle returns
Track fetches the latest status from BlueEx and adds it to the shipment's history. Filter Shipments by Awaiting booking, Moving, Delivered and Failed / RTO, and search by order number, customer, phone or CN.
Review Failed / RTO shipments every day. A parcel returning to you usually means a refused COD order or a wrong address; record which, so you can spot products, cities or ad campaigns with high refusal rates.
SECTION 06
Settle cash on delivery
BlueEx pays you the COD cash it collected, minus its charges, on the settlement cycle in your agreement. Match each settlement report to your delivered orders, then press Mark as paid on each order once the money has reached you. Until then a COD order stays Pending in Eekaam.
SECTION 07
Optional: book automatically after WhatsApp confirmation
If every confirmed COD order should be booked straight away, the Flow app's COD confirmed → book the courier template does it: when the customer confirms on WhatsApp, Flow books the parcel with your routing rules. An order already booked isn't booked again. Start with it switched off, read it, then turn it on.
SECTION 08
Questions, answered
Does Eekaam give me BlueEx rates?
No. Rates, COD fees and return charges come from your own BlueEx agreement. Eekaam books and tracks parcels on your account.
Can I book TCS, Leopards or PostEx from Eekaam?
Not yet. You can save those accounts now, but booking from Eekaam is live for BlueEx only. Book other couriers in their own portal and add the tracking number to the order with Fulfill order.
Does booking change what customers pay for delivery?
No. What customers pay at checkout is set separately under shipping zones and rates. The courier integration only books and tracks the parcel.
Why is my COD order still Pending after delivery?
COD orders stay Pending until you press Mark as paid, which you should do once BlueEx has paid you the collected cash.
