SECTION 01
Make the first products ready to buy
Start with the items you can actually fulfil. Give each product a clear name, price in PKR, useful photos, variant and size details, stock status, and a description that answers common buyer questions. Check the product page on a phone: a buyer should understand what arrives, what it costs and how to choose a variant without sending you a message.
Organise products into a small number of clear collections. Add a title and description to important collection pages so shoppers and search engines can understand them. A large catalogue with missing prices or broken images is harder to launch than a smaller complete one.
Name, images, price, variants, availability and delivery-relevant details.
Collections and menu labels that match how customers shop.
Readable text, tappable options and a visible add-to-cart action.
SECTION 02
Check the complete PKR checkout
Select only payment methods you have configured and tested. For cash on delivery, check the form fields, confirmation step and the exact amount the courier should collect. For an online gateway, verify the merchant account, success and failure flows, and how a paid order appears in your dashboard. Easypaisa can be offered through AssanPay when it is available to your approved account; the direct Easypaisa connector is still in development.
Enter a shipping address in each area you intend to serve. Confirm that delivery charges, discounts and the final payable total match your policy. A buyer should see the full amount before placing an order.
Live method, correct total and clear failed-payment handling.
Address and phone confirmation plus a realistic dispatch process.
Order number, status and a support contact the buyer can use.
SECTION 03
Publish the rules customers ask about
Write a delivery policy based on your actual courier arrangement: areas served, shipping charge, estimated dispatch and delivery windows, and what happens after an unsuccessful attempt. Show a return and refund policy that reflects your product category and the process you can fulfil. Add a real business contact and a way to report a damaged or wrong item.
Do not copy a competitor's delivery promise or courier rate. Use your own agreement and test the shipping charges against your margin, especially for small baskets and returned COD parcels.
SECTION 04
Run one end-to-end test and monitor the first week
Use a phone on mobile data to find a product, add it to cart and place a test order. Check the confirmation message, order record, stock change, payment status and fulfilment steps. If you use a custom domain, open both the homepage and product URLs and check that they load securely. Fix broken links before sharing the store.
After launch, review the first orders daily: abandoned checkouts, payment failures, customer questions, courier exceptions and returned parcels. Update the page or process that caused each repeated problem. This is more useful than assuming launch day means the store is finished.
One full test order on a phone, plus a failed-payment or cancellation test.
Review order questions, payment status and shipping exceptions daily.
Fix the most common point of confusion before expanding ads.
